Hi Everyone.
I’ve had a great festive period, which was somewhat extended by Gamemass, which was a weekend of Gaming Conventions in Manchester. The mighty Grogmeet 2026 on Saturday, followed by the almost as mighty MorpCon yesterday. But I’m back to work today, and working on stuff I need to get out the door. I’m well aware I’m playing catch up on many things, and I m going to do a big State of D101 Games 2026 at the end of this month. So watch out for that.
Please note that one of the first things I’ll be working on is a website refresh. The codebase is almost 18 years old (!), so I’m doing a long overdue migration of content to a new instance of WordPress Multisite with my hosting company. One thing that is very likely is that I’m going to start from scratch with the Shop part of the site. So If you haven’t downloaded your PDFs, I recommend you do so over the next week or so. If you have any problems with this, please contact me at newt@d101games.com.
Lots of stuff to update you with. Including the games I’m working on which have reached prototype status, including Star Plunder Inc. a D20-lite Looter Shooter RPG.
Here’s one of the characters, TK Max 2300, who made their debut in the adventure Tutorial, at Morp Con last Saturday.
